Middle of the atlantic re-start

It suddenly seems like time is going so quickly but since we left the Azores our time for an upwind struggle has finally ended and we are now broad reaching to the Caribbean. It feels nice to have the boat flat and fast and live life without everything falling around in our cavernous tardis as we launch off waves. This is now the sailing we signed up for!

It is also amusing that everyone has arrived together in the middle of the Atlantic. Almost as if all the skippers agreed we would rendezvous here before taking on part two of the Atlantic and then the Caribbean Sea Race. No matter if you were a northern boat, part of the central posse or even those who dived south we have all converged and the race is back on. We all had some level of the storm and I am sure some boats are still working out how to fix problems but now we are downwind racing and the temperatures have finally risen.
